We had the unit for two months before one of the controllers ongoing charitable an E 4 error thought. Care for you documentation including receipt and warranty. West Top has a web-locate calculated to avoid consumer interaction. The only way you will find out everywhere to send the kaput controller is on the warranty form.

Terrible experience – I ordered two blankets. The initially did not work on arrival. The replacement for that one and the first remaining blanket lasted less than two months before rising a conundrum that made the blanket inoperative. The conundrum may maybe not be corrected by later the troubleshooting in rank and would have meant shipping the blanket to the manufacturer for renovate/replacement. Care instructions were followed “to the letter”. I returned both blankets to Amazon. Now waiting for a refund.

My trusty thrilling blanket permanently wore out, and so I bought this Sleepwarmer. My bedroom often drops to 63 degrees at night and my ancient blanket modest me impeccably warm at a excitement background half way up its dial.
I find that with the new sleepwarmer I have to curve the dial all the way up to high and I am still not warm enough. It’s a very nice blanket, but that’s not enough. The instructions say that no part of the blanket my be tucked in, while with my ancient blanket it was permissible to tuck in the edges.
The Sleepwarmer has a only one of its kind “warm up background” which rapidly heats the blanket to a temperature that is one background privileged than you want. This is useful to excitement the blanket just before you hop in bed, but if you wake up cold in the midpoint of the night this only one of its kind background is a waste of time as it super heats the blanket for one hour before it turns its thermostat down to everywhere you’ve set it. Why one hour? Who knows.
In synopsis I have to toss this groundbreaking new, pricey blanket because it simply doesn’t provide enough excitement flush at its top background to care for me say in a 63 or 64 degree room. Now if your room doesn’t get this cold you might yield it a try, but I find that flush at 67 degrees I have to curve it way way up.

I had the same conundrum as all else — with less than a month this blanket is a waste of time because of the malfunctioning controller. No way to fix and unable to restore to Amazon because it was ordered longer than 30 days ago (Xmas gift for one of my roommates).
What an incredible waste of cash – the initially time in 10 yrs I have been disappointed with Amazon service (or lack thereof).

I received the sleepwarmer blanket continue week and have been very disapointed–it is just not warm enough!! Flush on the peak background it doesn’t get warm enough initially. It is honest for keeping warm during the night but I want to be capable to curve it down to care for warm and have it pretty hot in the beginning and that is not at all what this does. It is nice and soft but you can absolutely believe the wires as well. Not worth the cash at all.
